It was awesome experience. All renowned personalities were from different streams and graduated from different colleges like NIRMA, IIM A. They all spoke in very simple language. Their dressing sense was very simple. They were very clear about whatever they said. These eminent personalities talked about their enterprises, experiences, problems they faced. They also talked about how they started and their views about youngsters, country, business and education.
Especially if I talk about Mr. Sandeep Gajakas, he said “Jo apni mistakes se seekhe vo akalmand, jo dusro ki mistakes se seekhe vo bahut akalmand lekin jo kisi ki bhi mistakes se na seekhe vo be-akal”
He told that for getting one good idea we have to go through 100 bad ideas. He quoted “Money is not everything but make sure you have enough before making this nonsense”. He said about success that it has no equation. What is success is very wage question but has very simple answer.
This was pleasure to see that they were not old. They were young as we are. In very short of time they made big enterprises. 8 hours session (1 hour lunch including) are enough to make someone exhausted but I feel like I had energy drink and now I am full of enthusiasm. I can’t explain, time passed like anything and even we didn’t realize it. They were talking about themselves very enthusiastically. They were full of zeal and very eager to tell about themselves. Really I enjoyed a lot.
It was difficult to digest all learning so I thought to write down all things so that others can have benefits. There are some learning’s which I learnt from this session:-
1. Self realization is the best realization. Self inspiration is the best inspiration. Self motivation is the best motivation. No one can motivate if you don’t want to be motivated.
2. Everything is relative. Try to measure and consider your plan, product, thinking and strategy in comparison with each other.
3. Put tour business plan in the front of people and whosoever says that your business plan is bad, make his or her your friends because they will try to find out all possible shortcomings in your business and you will get chances to make them correct.
4. Whenever you launch a new product or service put yourself at the place of consumer. Just think that if you are consumer then will you buy it through your hard earned money.
5. There is very thin line between self-respect and ego. Try to understand it. Both look same but have difference. Don’t show ego but never let others break or play with your self-respect. Never underestimate it.
6. Whatsoever you do, do it in your interest area. Do that work which you can do continuously 14-15 hours and don’t feel exhausted. Show people what you tell. When people say that you are cynical, you are on right path.
7. Always take feedbacks from strangers because biasness will not be there. There may be chance of biasness if you will take feedback from friends or relative.
8. To find out opportunities, start tracking big projects going on like UID. It will help you not only in increasing your knowledge but also in your placement.
9. Don’t make plan for long term; make it for 2-3 weeks. Make Action plan instead of making business plan. This was said by one of the eminent speaker that make action plan and follow it. pen down every thing and do it.
10. Take risks which have genuine benefits. Benefits can be different types like in the term of money, fame and so on.
11. Every person has some good qualities and bad qualities. Get good qualities and leave bad qualities.
12. Conviction, idea, humanity, sincerity are the keys of success. B-schools and universities do good things but humanity does much better.
In business be friendly with your labour. Be good human. Spread your knowledge and rock the world. All the best to my all friends who want to become entrepreneur.

Dear,
ReplyDeleteThese are the people "like entrepreneur which we need in our country for the rapid development and in a nice manner you have tried to explain it .
One thing is certain - a lot of young people "trying" their hands at entrepreneurship are likely to burn them unless they GET TOTALLY IMMERSED INTO THEIR VENTURE. Entreprises are never created part time. Sadly, lot of people just do not seem to understand that.
thanks yaar such a nice blog.
Nice post buddy. I own number of blogs. Related to tech, entertainment and load of things.
ReplyDeleteI like the most " Money is not every thing but you should have enough " before saying THis "MOney is not every thing".
All other points are also good. I will refer this post some times to execute my business plan some times.
